2. Who can attend the event?
Licensed Amateur Radio Operators and Short Wave Listeners, along with their families, can participate.
3. Do I need to register in advance?
Yes. All participants are requested to register online or at the venue. Online pre-registration is encouraged to help with event planning.
4. What is the registration fee?
The registration fee is ₹1000 for Amateur Radio License Holders and ₹750 for Short Wave Listeners (SWLs). It covers entry, ID badge, meals, and refreshments for both days.

6. What are the event timings?
Day 1 (Saturday, Jan 31): Registration starts at 9:00 AM. Formal inauguration at 11:00 AM. Technical sessions, exhibitions, the Grand Eyeball Meet, and cultural events will follow.
Day 2 (Sunday, Feb 1): 10:00 AM – Technical presentations, demonstrations, and the valedictory session.

8. How can I reach the venue?
Sargaalaya is located on the NH66 highway, about 6 km north of Vatakara town. By Train: Nearest station – Vatakara Railway Station (6 km). By Bus: Frequent buses from Kozhikode, Kannur, and nearby towns. By Air: Nearest airports – Calicut International (80 km) and Kannur International (75 km).

9. Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, free parking for two-wheelers and four-wheelers is available near the venue.

An “eyeball meet” is a friendly in-person gathering where amateur radio operators who have spoken over the air finally meet face-to-face.
